Villa Saint Jean is a beautiful traditional villa for rent in Bray-Dunes. Built at the beginning of the 20th century on 3 levels, 100 meters from the beach. It can be rented for vacations. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms will accommodate 10 people (including 8 adults and 2 children on the mezzanine). A sunny garden and terrace allow you to enjoy the sun sheltered from the wind.

The villa has all modern comforts. It is very well equipped with billiards, wifi, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and filter coffee machine, barbecue, low temperature multifunction oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, board games… A relaxation area with spa / 6-seater jacuzzi, sauna and football table is offered as an option from April to October.

Located in the center of the seaside resort of Bray-Dunes in a quiet residential area, it offers a view on the tennis courts and minigolf. Restaurants, bars, bakery, fish shop, supermarket are accessible within 5 minutes on foot.

The villa is designed to offer families comfort and rest. Its large, very bright living room is fit for pleasant moments of conviviality and sharing. Its equipment allows everyone to enjoy a variety of activities, no matter the weather or the season.

Bray-Dunes offers a beautiful seafront which is very lively in the summer and more relaxing off season. Walks on the beach or in the dunes are conducive to relaxation. The accessibility of the main roads makes it possible to visit the Opal Coast or the very beautiful cities of Lille, Brussels, Bruges, Bergues, Dunkirk and many others.

Rates (booking directly offers you the best possible rate)

  • July, August : 1550€/week
  • April, May, June, September, October  : 1050€/week
  • Christmas and New Years Eve : 1550€/week + energy consumption 0,20€/kwh
  • November, December, January, February, March : 850€/week + energy consumption 0,20€/kwh

We prefer weekly stays, we do not offer a specific rate for shorter stays

A prepayment of 35% is required by bank transfer as deposit, the balance is to be paid by bank transfer or cash upon arrival

Optional (with extra fee)

  • Access to the sauna, spa and football table area €250 per stay

For technical reasons, the use of the relaxation area is impossible in cold weather from November to March included

  • Bed linen (pillowcase, duvet cover and mattress) Single bed €10 / Double bed €20
  • Bathroom linen service (Bath mat, towel and washcloth) 8€/person

A security deposit of 1000€ is required and will be refunded within 15 days after the stay
 
The cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant, part of the security deposit may be taken if the villa is not returned in the state of arrival

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances en famille dans la villa de Pierre & Sophie. La villa est très agréable et propose de larges espaces qui conviennent parfaitement à la cohabitation entre petits et grands (nous étions plusieurs couples de parents avec bébés et petits enfants, célibataires, ainsi que la grand-mère) et tous ont pu vivre à leur rythme durant la semaine. Le séjour est très lumineux et la terrasse bien orientée, ce qui permet de composer avec les jours de pluie ou trop venteux. La villa est très bien située, à deux pas d'une excellente boulangerie et très proche de la plage et des dunes. La communication avec Pierre & Sophie a été très facile et l'accueil sur place très chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir si l'occasion se représente. Merci beaucoup !

Very nice place with all the fun to relax. The house was complete with all necessary accessories. The beach near the house, tennis, beach ball and midget golf at the other side of the street. Nice places to go around. Nothing else we needed for a good vacation.

We had an amazing time in Bray-Dunes. The house is beautiful and very practical for large families. The jacuzzi and sauna are great. The beach is so close you can practically see the waves crashing. Would definitely recommand! Communication was easy and fast.

Thank you for the accommodation. The house is a nice place with lots of space. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are a good size. Everything is bright and friendly. We had a good time in Bray Dunes.

We have a fantastic week at Pierre’s house in Bray Dunes. The communication before our stay was excellent and Pierre ensured we were happy with our stay. The location is very central and close to lots of places in France and Belgium. We would highly recommend.

While I was working in Dunkirk I found this lovely property to stay in. The house was like a home from home. It was really spacious with lots of lovely big rooms. It was ideal for families and had everything you would need travelling with a baby. I would highly recommend this house and I would most definitely stay here again. I also wouldn’t hesitate to bring my family here. Thank you for a lovely stay

It was amazing. The apartment was wonderful and as per description. Furthermore, the location is pretty amazing too, because the large beach is really close to the apartment. Nothing to complain about!

Spacious, completely renovated pristine interior with modern features and amenities. Plenty of room for a large family or group with multiple beds, bathrooms, and separate floors. Fast wi-fi and a massive big screen television are enough to satisfy anyone's need for 21st century modernity. Sleepy little beach resort town on the Belgian border. Home is a block away from the main street and another block directly to a very walkable and friendly beach scene with restaurants and the ever-present vacationers and pensioners ambling about. Easy access to main autoroutes for day trips which make for a quick jaunt to hypermarket in Koksijde on the Belgian side for stocking up or taking in the local sights and history. Overall great stay.
